Preview before purchase

Analysis and Export Preview are free. A one-time USD 10 purchase unlocks CSV and repeat downloads for the current model session. Check the preview, units, coverage and intended scope before paying.

How to request help or a refund

Paddle is the Merchant of Record. Request transaction assistance or a refund through Paddle buyer support, using your receipt or transaction reference. Paddle’s current Refund Policy and Buyer Terms govern its refund handling. This product policy does not reduce mandatory consumer rights or promise automatic eligibility, timing or approval beyond those terms.

Request review of duplicate charges, failed delivery or circumstances requiring a refund under applicable law. If checkout completed but export did not unlock, or a technical failure prevented download, contact support before paying again. Describe the payment/export issue without sending your IFC or project information.

Ingeniería + Sustentabilidad SpA is the commercial supplier and authorized commercial licensee. Product support is provided by Ingeniería + Sustentabilidad SpA at contact@turboifc.com.

Effect of a refund

A confirmed refund or revocation disables subsequent application downloads where applicable. Files already downloaded remain on your device and cannot technically be revoked. A refund cannot reconstruct an ended model session. Keep your downloaded files and receipt.

Intellectual property

Juan Beaumont retains ownership of the turboIFC brand and proprietary software. The commercial supplier’s role does not transfer that ownership.
