Terms of Use — turboIFC Quantifier

Who provides the product

turboIFC Quantifier is developed by Juan Beaumont. Juan Beaumont retains ownership of the turboIFC brand and proprietary software. Ingeniería + Sustentabilidad SpA is the commercial supplier and authorized commercial licensee. This commercial arrangement does not transfer intellectual property ownership to the company. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for purchases.

Local analysis and your responsibilities

Use only models you are authorized to process. IFC files are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to turboIFC. Loading, filtering, quantifying, calculating, Dashboard and Export Preview are free and do not require an account. Model declarations, derived measurements, calculations and user overrides have different provenance. Missing or ambiguous information is not proof of a zero quantity.

The product does not certify model correctness, regulatory compliance or fitness for a project. Review the source, units, coverage and assumptions. You remain responsible for professional and project decisions.

What USD 10 purchases

The global product price is USD 10 for a one-time purchase that unlocks CSV export and repeated downloads for the current model session. Paddle displays the final tax treatment at checkout before payment. Review Export Preview before paying. This is not a subscription or a charge per download. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or fees.

Replacing or unloading the model, closing the tab or reloading the page ends the local session. There is no account, model fingerprint or automatic restoration of that session. Keep your downloaded files. A durable payment record does not recreate your model or workspace. If payment completes but export fails, use the support and refund route below before buying again.

Payment and refunds

Checkout is provided by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Its Buyer Terms also apply to the transaction. See our Refund Policy and Paddle buyer support. Downloaded files cannot technically be recalled; confirmed refund or revocation prevents subsequent in-app downloads where the session is still available.

Software and third-party rights

These terms do not transfer ownership of turboIFC proprietary software or branding. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses; their notices are provided with the application. Nothing here restricts rights those licenses or applicable mandatory law provide.

Use restrictions and limitations

Except where permitted by applicable law or a third-party license, do not redistribute proprietary application code, sell copies of the software, remove ownership notices or bypass export-payment controls. Browser-delivered code remains technically inspectable; these terms do not claim technical secrecy.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability, error-free results or suitability for a particular project. No exclusion applies to liability or consumer remedies that mandatory law does not allow to be excluded.
